Banning Appeals
Any individuals who have been banned by Sheffield Licence Watch from entry onto licensed premises may lodge an appeal against their ban.
The appeal will be acknowledged in writing and be taken to the next Sheffield Licence Watch committee meeting where the matter will be discussed by the committee.
Any evidence provided by the individual or licensed premise involved will be taken into account and a decision made.
The individual will then be informed in writing of the decision made by the committee.
To comply with Human Rights Legislation only members from the licensing trade can take part in banning decisions / appeals hearings.
