Banning Criteria
The following behaviour will not be tolerated in any licensed premises in Sheffield:
- An act of violence to any person on or in the immediate vicinity of or linked with licensed premises.
- Any threat of violence or act of intimidation towards any licensee or staff member.
- Damage or threat of damage to property belonging to the licensee or staff.
- Any act of vandalism or anti-social behaviour in or in the immediate vicinity of or linked with licensed premises.
- Any use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs in the immediate vicinity of or linked with licensed premises.
- Theft of property belonging to the licensee or staff.
- Possession of any weapon in the immediate vicinity of or linked with licensed premises.
- Any act of racism in the immediate vicinity of or linked with licensed premises.
- Purchasing of alcohol for any persons subject of a Sheffield Licence Watch ban
- Purchasing of alcohol for persons under the age of 18
