Licensing Act 2003
All premises that serve alcohol or hold entertainment must be licensed. This section provides information on who needs to hold a licence, what kind of licence and how to apply.
Licences, Certificates and Notices
- Premises Licences - for pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.
- Personal Licences - for individuals to supply, or to authorise the supply of alcohol.
- Club Premises Certificates – for organisations where members join for a social, sporting or political purpose.
- Temporary Event Notices - to authorise relatively small-scale ad hoc events of less than 500 people

Gambling Act 2005
